This Rock Island native doesn't have to go very far to train with Milletich Fighting Systems, which he does 5 times a week. Frank made his MMA debut in the Extreme Challenge in August of 2003 and racked up an impressive amateur record of 7-2 before stepping up to the professional ranks. His kickboxing and karate background give him a solid foundation on which he is building his MMA future.
