At the start of his career, Dan paid an entry fee to fight three times in one day for the Extreme Trials and later spent two hours in the hospital getting 15 stitches. After that rough welcome to MMA, Dan has made the sport his own, fighting in Victory Fighting Championships, Iowa Challenge, Mainstream MMA, and Extreme Challenge. Founder of the Des Moines Extreme Fight Team, Dan is in MMA for the long haul.
